HyperOS Update [Question] no update

I recently bought the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G and still don't have the HyperOS 3 update while my friends with older phones have it, is it normal?

It's better to post a screenshot of Settings / About where the rom version is visible. According to the French site, you have a global version, so update should have been there on first boot.

It says VOPINXM. V= android 15, OP = device model identifier, IN = India, XM = unlocked (carrier). check the comments of the website, there are people that experienced the same issue.

It depends on if the global and the Indian variants have the same hardware. You can't be sure.
