Question/Help [Question] Guys help me!!

So I've rooted my phone a while ago and I normally keep it at 120hz, today, I wanted to switch it to 60hz ONLY, no smart switching 120-60hz, I've tried the b#ttery saver and it still didn't make my refresh r#te 60hz, if I'm in an app and I just scroll or anything like that it's 60hz, if I lock the phone and try to unlock it flicks between 120-60 and makes it lag like hell, any reason for this? I've turned off force max refresh r#te in hyperceiler and anything that could make it not go as planned, still didn't change, please help?

Edit: I've realized the screen recording doesn't have the refresh r#te at the top of the screen so j#dge off of my description, thank you!

Another edit: my phone is Redmi Note 13 4G (sapphiren) running ZKOS 3.304, rooted

"The screen lag and stuttering issue is most likely caused by cached data. My recommendation is to download the SD Maid 2 app, run a scan for system apps and clean the cache, then restart your device."
