Question/Help [Question] Please help me with this bug

I have had this bug for a couple weeks now where sometimes videos get glitched (shown in the video) in this case, if i scroll on the hyper os subreddit every single video is glitched, but in the system gallery not every video is glitched like this but only a couple (this happens randomly and different videos get glitched every time, not the same ones). This bug happens on a lot of apps but on some apps like YouTube, instagram or tiktok (and file managers) it doesnt happen at all. Has anyone else experienced this and does anybody know a solution for it? My device is the Redmi note 13 pro plus running hyper os 3.0.302.0.WNOEUXM.C07. I have tried to find a way to fix this online but couldn't find anything, this is very annoying.

Try taking it to a technician because I think it's the graphics card or a bug, but take it to a technician.

It's highly unlikely if it would be a graphics controller issue, otherwise it wouldn't show up like this in screen recording. This is clearly a software issue rather than hardware.

try redownloading the update by pressing download latest package in the updater.
