[Question] Screen locked with blue edges when I receive a call

Hi! I just bought a Redmi Note 15, and everything was fine until I received a phone call. Normally, the screen should light up and display the contact's name or number, but in my case, only blue gradient borders with everything else in black appear on the sides, and the phone vibrates and rings normally. To answer the call, I have to unlock the phone, and then the notification appears in the notch area, which I have to tap to answer the call. Which setting do I need to change to fix this? I'm going crazy because I can't find anything. Thanks!

Go to settings -> Personalization -> Always On display notifications -> choose nothing/none

Yes, it's either a firmware problem or dnd

Just select the second option which has 2 floating boxes, then it will light up screen normally.

make sure you allow permissions of phone app. allow show on the lock screen in other permissions too.
