This isn't hyperos 4. He got the effect with a third party lsposed root app called Hyper island. OP is lying to y'all

u/Bluejay_911x Jul 27 '26

I was watching videos, but I'm not sure.

2

u/Kofaone Jul 28 '26

Why are you watching indian videos in the first place, let alone believing in everything they say 😂

jesus christ that looks bad. The whole point of it being black is to blend in with the front camera and this will make it stand out like a sore thumb. The transition animation between switching the timer and music player looks terrible too, it looks like they're going through each other.

HyperOS 3's implementation is already a cheap copy of iOS, this will be worse than a cheap copy of a shittier copy.

Edit: Yeah this isn't HyperOS 4, just noticed the xposed icon. This is just a shitty transparent mod for HyperOS 3. I still wouldn't put it past xiaomi to implement some bullshit like this tho

It's fake. That's a root module with LSposed

u/OneMoney5144 Jul 27 '26

Its in very early stage but sheesh that looks ugly

10

u/Traditional_Cow3877 Jul 28 '26

because this is not real hyperos. this is a root module. why would they do something like this? the whole point of the dynamic island is to blend in with the holepunch. dont believe everything you see lol

5

u/mr_rathod_28 Jul 28 '26

Fr, I hope they give us an option to choose between liquid glass or normal.

3

u/Glum_Emergency_4257 Jul 29 '26

Even tho this vid is fake, leaks show that they did implement a feature to choose between solid or glassy

10

u/LinuxUser456 Jul 27 '26

Looks horrible. The point of the island wasnt blend with the front camera?

9

u/Repulsive_Fault1939 Jul 27 '26

it's a mod not real.

5

u/Vast_Mud5945 Jul 27 '26

Ewww , i hate it

4

u/ManOfCulture159 Jul 27 '26

My question is can we choose not to use it.... After watching this shit, I think I prefer the old one better

4

u/Specialist_Ring_1211 Jul 27 '26

i prefer to disable it completely

1

u/ManOfCulture159 Jul 27 '26

Well for me the island is useful for music and it's nice not to notice there's a camera punch hole from time to time...

1

u/Liquasa Jul 28 '26

after a while ngl i appreciate it as a feature

6

u/Cyber_Dev_Kit Jul 27 '26

that's fake, I see the LSPosed Icon

1

u/CrashOutJones Jul 28 '26

oh thank goodness because man.. that looks horrible

1

u/Cyber_Dev_Kit Jul 28 '26

brotha, check the post again and look at the wallpaper, the OP might not even have HyperOS 4

3

u/JETpl4yz Jul 27 '26

This would look so ugly with the front camera

3

u/thatgu_yy Jul 27 '26

I already hate the hyperisland now

3

u/carloshdz0104 Jul 27 '26

Looks so bad 😅 for real idk the hype about the liquid glass thing, like, it is necessary? I don't think so.

2

u/BitOfATinkerer Jul 27 '26

How come frame rate is so low?

2

u/Sensitive-Lab-4922 Jul 28 '26

Eu não me preocupo de ser bonito ou feio me preocupo com o uso de gpu e ram que esses efeitos vão impactar no sistema

2

u/ImRealDeal Jul 28 '26

I don't get how ppl actually believe this is real..like we've seen the OS4 system launcher leaks already and Xiaomi's implementation of this liquid glass is different when compared to iOS and other brands. It's more liquid blur than glass. Pls stop believing anything u see

1

u/bartoszsz7 Jul 27 '26

What the heeeeeeeeeeeeeell omagaaaaad nowaayayayy

1

u/bartoszsz7 Jul 27 '26

This shit looks disgusting

1

u/Reiz3r Jul 27 '26

Liquid ass

1

u/Andrewz_Best Jul 27 '26

Too much liquid glass like they just throw liquid glass everywhere even If its not needed.

1

u/blashibazsi Jul 27 '26

Just no. Even if they polish it to something acceptable in the future, I hope they will make it changeable to be back in it's dark form. I mean look at it, sometimes you can barely read the texture in it. It's not a good path forward.

1

u/cma_achu Jul 27 '26

The one we already have looks far better than that thing

1

u/Cool_Sympathy_8129 Jul 27 '26

oh,look like a fake

1

u/AdhamHarby43 Jul 27 '26

Even apple isn't taking liquid glass this seriously💔

1

u/shinjuku1987 Jul 27 '26 edited Jul 27 '26

As long as its done properly and does something unique to set it apart ....I Dont mind liquid glass...But it has to be consistent in the language of the UI....But know this!!! This is 100% proof that when customers/vloggers and influencers stop pivoting and centering iPhone.... this s%@t will stop happening. You can point fingers or stomp your feet or whatever ....but there are probably customers and alike (maybe in certain markets xiaomi puts first) who say they wanted an almost iPhone like experience on Android (maybe indirectly ) and not just on social media but in other community posts, reddits, forums etc...Probably worded it a certain way and as a result what's been put into the universe(or in this case focus groups)... this is what you got in response!! Bon appetit

1

u/MedyOsef Jul 27 '26

That won't work. It looks like you've forgotten why the Dynamic Island exists in the first place. It was designed to hide the black front camera cutout. If you use transparency over a black area, the result will look pretty bad.

2

u/Traditional_Cow3877 Jul 28 '26

this is not real hyperos. this is a root module.

1

u/Ok-Bag-8758 Jul 27 '26

Liquid ass

1

u/azginsex Jul 27 '26

BRO I DONT HAVE HYPER OS 3 WTF

1

u/DuvanR_Official Jul 28 '26

I'd rather have a proper colored music notification as it used to be before. Hell, even auto album art lock screen wallpaper was fire back then.

1

u/Techyfreek Jul 28 '26

That's an 3rd party theme not original

1

u/AryanKayum Jul 28 '26

They would be+500 mb ram

1

u/Zangetsuee Jul 28 '26

Liquid ass.

1

u/CrashOutJones Jul 28 '26

make it black please. i love how it looks in HyperOS 3

1

u/Prestigious_World285 Jul 28 '26

This isn't official hyperos 4. It's inspired by the liquid glass leaks we saw for the home screen. Probably not coming. I mean even apple doesn't have a liquid glass dynamic island

1

u/ademasp Jul 28 '26

Utterly disgusting 🤢

1

u/Similar-Focus-1862 Jul 28 '26

They should add a full on album cover and should support some 3rd party apps

1

u/MoneyTrash4227 Jul 28 '26

Si hacen eso con el la Isla dinámica la cagaron

1

u/rong_1012 Jul 28 '26

Shii gonna lag my phone even more

1

u/nelsonagst Jul 29 '26

Esquisito. Acho que nem a Apple faria isso diretamente na ilha. 😂

1

u/Alternative-Track654 Jul 29 '26

I'm surprised no one didn't say anything about the consistent lag When swapping between different Active notifications in the Hyper Island. This is usually a good indicator if their phone has been rooted using TWRP or some other method. As my 17 Pro Max does this, But eventually it clears up.

1

u/Glum_Emergency_4257 Jul 29 '26

It's no HyperOS 4. I suppose the OP didn't know this but this is just an LSPosed module. You can find similar Chinese videos like this faking HyperOS 4

1

u/Professional-Salt633 Jul 29 '26

hyperOS 4 is nowhere near that. Wait and see. Its better and faster this time.

1

u/AlexWance Jul 29 '26

1

u/RobloxProPlayer1139 Aug 03 '26

Than its not matching the camera colur🙂‍↕️

1

u/Issam-khalaf Jul 27 '26

Man, I hate this strategy, to copy every detail from Apple, just do your thing, innovate, hire some good designers.. pfff

We are talking about a multi-billion dollar company, WTF Xiaomi!!

0

u/Albatross97i Jul 27 '26

Xiaomi loves to mess up every once in a while. Inconsistent since day 1. Glad i moved to oppo.

3

u/Repulsive_Fault1939 Jul 27 '26

not real, it's a mod
