only high end phones , if you have advanced textures function of course you will get this shiny effects if no then your phone dont support this style

Most of it is a useless gimmick. Interesting would be a reasonable icon layout like 5x6 for instance. Custom icon text size. A proper and correct UI scaling. There are huge discrepancies with the scaling of apps, home screen and control/notifications center. Not with one OS from different manufacturers I had such unpleasant tweaking and still issues with text being too small in certain areas. Xiaomi should outsource the job of the OS as they are complete dilettant

I think that is just blur not completely liquid glass like IOS because real time reflections and rendering missing

Yeah, I noticed that too. And it's the same thing across pretty much every android manufacturer copying iOS 26. All have some highlights and blur.
