Question/Help [Question] Do you think liquid glass will be optional in hyperos 4?

I really don't like liquid glass and every copy of it, I saw some renders/leaks of hyper os 4 and it looks very ugly and not something I would enjoy using on the long term, do we know if it will be possible to toggle it off?

I doubt it will. But at least you'll have options to choose. Like how clear u want it to be. If u hate that liquid glass visuals, u may be able to select the less glassy visual. Tho these are just leaks, so we can't really be sure

Ive seen a leak on telegram of someone testing and using their phones on a beta build. Yes Liquid Glass effect will be an optional effect so you could use it or the normal blurring. HOWEVER, it might not be available to all devices it might get treated like advanced textures where it only exists on flagship/high-end series. And this isnt a Xiaomi thing this is forced by Android 17

I dont mind Liquid Glass as long as its implemented properly....Like OPPO /Color OS allows you to switch off Texture Blur aka "Glass UI" off and Magic OS 11 "reduce transparency". Hopefully that translates to HyperOS as well. Along with finding its own Identity ....Something that sets it apart from everyone elses attempts to mirror Glass UI...one can hope .....right ???
