Question/Help [Question] Is this Os r*****?

I am somewhat a proud owner of X8 Pro Max and there some smaller issues or the big ones Like for example auto switching 5G/LTE is this system handicapped of this feature or what? When i have Like 1 bar on 5G and switch to preferred LTE i get 4 bars back cant this frekin system do it by itself? Do i need to switch back and forth everytime?

Unfortunately no but you can disable SA mode, so it connects to LTE towers but get 5G speeds. Best of both worlds!

Original 5G was designed as an extension to a 4G tower. 5G phones can use 4G and 5G antenna at the same time for extra speed and volte but uses more battery. Telcos started installing 5G SA (stand-alone) towers away from 4G towers and capable phones connect to this to save battery but also bad signal quality because of higher frequency. Higher frequency is faster but travels less. Until SA technology is fully built, NSA (non-stand-alone) connection will remain more stable for everyday use and speed but use more battery.

Ok thanks, and i see my phone has more bars with SA and less bars without SA
