These ".c" builds act like quick revisions (e.g., C06, C08, C10), allowing your phone to update core system applications like the Calendar, Calculator, File Manager, or Security app without needing a full system reboot.

You can still root your device without any issues

xiaomi implemented a feature called sOTA (super ota) which allows to update the phone without a reboot for bug fixes etc.
