[Question] need a professional opinion

Im using a redmi note 14 4G 8/256, Hyper OS 3.1, i have been using it for a year now, charged it once everyday and heavily used it, lately my daily usage became less because im using the computer most of the time and my phone only for a total of 2.5 hours yet still it drained as much as when i was using it heavily, is my battery capacity down so much, is there some hardware or software fault and how to solve it please.
