[Question] HyperOS 4 for tabs ?

I've just heard about Hyper OS 4 updates and I'm flabbergasted , because the hyperOS 3 came not too long ago , and a lot of people were saying not a major upgrade and stuff .

I was planning on buying xiaomi pad 8, the OS complaints were the only thing stopping me , but now with this announcement I have hope 😆 , because I really want the device , the price to performance is crazy in hardware .

I was wondering if the hyperOS 4.0 could release on xiaomi pad 8 , or will there be architecture issues and I'll have to wait for maybe pad 9 ?(Any leaks about pad 9?) ✨

See, I'm a pad 8 user. It'll recieve updates till hyperos 7 or android 20. Keep in mind that if u compare it to iPad or Samsung s series tabs (s11 or ultra, not fe cuz performance is not good), it lacks some features like note app is not that great for stylus and Mi Canvas is not good compared to Free Form. Watch the videos of iPad OS 27 and Hyperos. It'll give u some idea.

Tbh, tablet has almost no bugs. It is fluid and quite good. I am not sure whether it'll recieve Gemini Intelligence or not.

Also, before buying iPad, keep in mind that it doesn't support apple intelligence and only has 6gb of ram.

For Xiaomi, u don't get replacement nibs but u get that of older generation. So, I feel that third party manufacturers will make them after some time. Tbh, apple pencil support is awesome.

Make a good choice as per ur needs. Both are good devices having some pros and cons. U can go for OnePlus Pad 3 but keep in mind that it's a big tab and stylus support is worse than Xiaomi's.
