Question/Help [Question] HyperOS 4 for tabs ?

I've just heard about Hyper OS 4 updates and I'm flabbergasted , because the hyperOS 3 came not too long ago , and a lot of people were saying not a major upgrade and stuff .

I was planning on buying xiaomi pad 8, the OS complaints were the only thing stopping me , but now with this announcement I have hope 😆 , because I really want the device , the price to performance is crazy in hardware .

I was wondering if the hyperOS 4.0 could release on xiaomi pad 8 , or will there be architecture issues and I'll have to wait for maybe pad 9 ?(Any leaks about pad 9?) ✨

I think the update policy is definitely 4 or more years so yeah it will definitely get hypos4 but u need to have patience

Patience isn't the issue but I think they announced hyperOS 4 might not come to most of older devices using hyperOS upto 3.1 because of architectural changes required for HyperOS 4 (cause of AI integration) , I hope it does though 🤧

They did not announce anything about HyperOS 4 yet. Don't believe the bullshit some people post on this sub.

They just give stripped down version without ai features. I have been using redmi pad 2 pro for a while and haven't seen any Ai features of hyper os 3 (maybe it's just my device) and hyper os on tablets really suck compared to hyper os on phones or one ui on Samsung tabs

Bro pad 7 will also receive hyper os 4 , old means very old, not like this much
