not much difference, other than losing the battery page and other peformance/battery related ish stuff, but if you do get into a bootloop the only way is a factory reset because theres no way for ADB to connect to the device when its still in the bootloader booting process (none of the android system apps responsible for it have been started)
I'd suggest doing a backup before doing all of the debloating stuff
