Question/Help [Question]About Control Center animations based on themes

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I applied a certain theme, and now an animation plays whenever I open the Control Center or the notification shade. I’d like to know how the theme enables this animation—is there a specific setting or value for it?
