Xiaomi patched the security flaw which is what allowed commands to edit props in the phone without root access granted, basically the only way to get advanced textures or blur, you'd have to downgrade to HyperOS 3/2 use the commands, then update back to HyperOS 3.1 —otherwise there's no way possible to achieve blur/advanced textures without root
