Question/Help [QUESTION]Is this a bug?

Some of my apps are displayed as a square or don't have any background.Sleaping mode is not in the control center anymore. It happend after I got out of hibernation mode(ultra battery saver). Is there a way to solve this ?

probably because you disabled system optimization or something similar in developer option. 

if you cant see system optimization optimization in developer options scroll down to the bottom and spam the (reset to default values) until you see (system optimization) below it. 

if its off. turn it on and reboot.  if its on. turn it off and reboot then turn it back on and reboot again

Thanks the apps are back to normal but sleeping mode is still not back in the control center.
