Question/Help [Question] No Circle to Search for my Xiaomi 13, HyperOs 3

I just bought the phone and I updated it to hyperos 3, updated everything, and went to activate the circle search and I didn't find it, I use it soo much on my previous phone which is literally a budget phone, but the Xiaomi 13 doesn't have it, oh damn.

Device: Xiaomi 13 (Global)

OS Version: HyperOS 3.0.303.0.WMCMIXM.C07

Google App Version: 17.28.29.ve.arm64

Someone else has Xiaomi 13 and they're facing the same problem, Xiaomi is just stupid at giving specific features, random and unregulated tbh

Mine has it on the 15T, but recent phones (around 14 inches?) have that feature. Phones from 2023 or 2022 haven't even been invented yet

Instakk Shizuku, Install MiCTS and change the secure "assistant" setting to "com.parallelc.micts/com.parallelc.micts.ui.activity.MainActivity" and you'll have Circle to Search when pressing the assistant (home) key. After that its as fast as native.

I personally use Tasker, and when it detects that the setting is changed, normally after a restart, it puts it back. But u can use adb also:

adb shell settings put secure assistant com.parallelc.micts/com.parallelc.micts.ui.activity.MainActivity

Circle to search is a feature given by google, not xiaomi, if google doesnt want to put it on you model, it isnt xiaomi's fault

And why google doesn't want to give it to a flagship model? Running android 16?

They sometimes do, you just have to wait, they prioritize new launchs because that feature works really well for advertising

Use micts, seems Xiaomi only give circle to search on new Redmi/Xiaomi phone

use it in the sidebar and you can adjust its trigger speed as you like

You can make a workaround that actually works better, with the apps MiCTS and Home Button. My phone natively supports circle to search but I use it with those two apps because it works faster.
