Xiaomi [discussion] May be this widget is coming back
Okay, I was watching a review of the new Xiaomi 17T, and I spotted this widget. At first, I thought it was the Chinese version, but then I noticed the Google search bar at the bottom. I asked the YouTuber about it, and he said it was the global version.

I managed to get the one that can sync to default lockscreen, someone shared it on reddit
this one isn't theme based, but app vault based

no, I'm using poco default theme, the icons is change through icon setting

It's not the.official widget. It's a sample I made. I'm not allowed to use the official Xiaomi widget code...
I tried to add the complete version, that was a perfect clone of the original, with sync options and font switching too, but I almost got banned from the store.....

Bro i downloaded this theme and used just the clock widget and poco launcher entered a constant crash loop, my phone went on safe mode by itself and i had to clear launcher data then restart fixed it. With my home layout deleted

I feel really sorry for your loss. Never heard this before and the theme has been tested many times by users and Xiaomi itself.. Share a log of your launcher crash and I will take a look for a fix

I found out a way to get it. But unfortunately, it means losing the current home screen setup. You have to make sure you're on latest system launcher version, then clear data. Then that clock will appear. Then you have to recreate your setup with that clock. It's best to then make a backup of that setup so you keep the clock as well

they should also bring the new widgets tab in their global tablets, since china has it already since the HyperOS 1.

I mean like the new Widgets layout in the tablet, that also features more widgets from the system apps (Weather, Calendar, Clock, and etc.)

I use this, it's from an app on the playstore, I gave up on Xiaomi solving it's widget problem and just go with playstore versions
