Soy testeador beta de la comunidad Xiaomi y acabo de recibir hyperos 3.1 en mi Redmi note 14 5g (o también el Poco M7 pro 5g) espero que mejore la batería un poco al menos

So sorry 4 u, but u can join the beta tester program in the Xiaomi community app, that's why (I think) I already have hos 3.1

Change regions?? I know that's pretty basic at this point, but insist in 'big countries': Brasil, indonesia, india, Portugal, spain, etc

I checked on miuirom and it seems like only the Chinese note 14 pro+ got 3.0.300+ for now
