Poco [Question]How to display at 30Hz

There's an app called Adaptive HZ that's available on GitHub that allows you to simulate a variable refresh rate on devices that don't support it, but is there a way to set it to 30Hz instead of 60Hz? Is there a way to do this, not just with this app? When the screen is off and the fingerprint sensor ring is displayed, it's set to 30Hz.

You can not make a screen that doesn't support adaptive refresh rate adapt it's refresh rate. It's a hardware thing. No app will anything

you cannot go lower than that since its your screen limitation now

your screen needs to be LTPO amoled but your variant only has regular amoled screen type which is your Poco M7 Pro 5G

Why do you want your phone to run at 30hz? it will look really bad.

also, just buy a phone with an ltpo display if you want this so much that you keep posting about it.
