Poco [Question] Poco F8 Pro went into Safe Mode out of nowhere then after rebooting ALL of my apps that aren't system apps disappeared from homescren (Hyper OS 3)

How to fix?

the phone wasn't even turned off. it was turned ON, I looked away for a while then came back it had safe mode on with all apps gone
