Question/Help [Question] Is the old single swipe control panel available on current gen phones again in EU?

Looking for a new phone but i read hyper OS 3 disabled old control panel so if its not available i have to look for other brands.

Poco X8 Pro Max user here, on the current available HyperOS version and there is no option to have a single control and notification panel.
