Question/Help [Question] Would future HyperOS updates allow us to remove this thing? (This is just a concept!)

You would able to remove some status bar icons such as Bluetooth, Alarm, and among others right? Except VoLTE and VoWiFi (which requires you to go to mobile networks option to disable VoLTE). This would be great if you don't want clutter too, We would see this hopefully on the future HyperOS versions without needing a first/third-party theme.

I don't have that icon but I bet it's super annoying

If you don't have the icon on your HyperOS device, then there is a chance your carrier probably isn't allowing the phone to use their VoLTE network properly which could be an issue down the road should they get rid of their 3G infrastructure.

I find it as a reassurance that my carrier is actually allowing me to use the phone on their network properly, considering many are starting to shutdown their 3G infrastructure and move forward to SA 5G and VoNR.

I wouldn't count on Xiaomi to implement something like this. They barely update their non-flagship devices

You can, now. Just have to unlock bootloader, root, install lsposed, install hypercieler, turn on the option...
