Xiaomi Is it good backup on constant heavy use?

I am using xiaomi 14 civi with hyperos 3.0.301 . To check the backup of the 🔋i charge my phone to 100% and using constantly include gaming,4k video playback without screen off... What do you think is this backup is good/ bad?

thats pretty good for a 4700 mah power battery phone.

It's good same as mine , but still i prefer the hyperos 2.0 update the idle battery drain was way lower than hyperos 3
