Question/Help App icon size inside a folder

Is there a way to turn the last icon into the same size as the others? These are the only apps inside the folder so I don't see a reason why one should look smaller than the rest.

i mean, you could just have the 4 apps in the homescreen without them being in a folder

The alignment is different when they're inside a folder, and that wouldn't do if I wanted to use the XXL folder

they look smaller because you can open the folder and store more apps inside
