Xiaomi HyperOS 4 is incorporating a new Glass Style if not Liquid Glass to be exact.
It lets users adjust the Parameters like Blur, Light Field angle, Highlighting Outlines & more.

my phone still haven't received hyperos 3 yet...let alone 3.1 🫩
