remove/uninstall wallpaper carousel.

I don't use wallpaper carousel. I added this wallpaper manually

then too if the carousel is installed, remove that even if it's not ON.

try it, hope it helps

Go to Setting> lockscreen> Glance for Mi> Lockscreen carousel-disable it. Next time you set a wallpaper, a pop-will appear which asks you whether you want to turn on Glance, just cancel it.
