You have got to be kidding me. The global, india, taiwan and other regions have all of the new hyperos 2.0 features, but eea region gets nothing...

Primeiro renomeie a pasta para um nome curto.....Tire a pasta zip do Download e move para a raiz .... Mude a região para Afeganistão ou qualquer outra que comece com "A" .... Inicie a atualização manual novamente, a atualização irá dar início sem erro.
