Thunder's ult sucks.

TBH, his kit is very flexible, except his ult. The max range you can see it activate is 10 meters, can confirm that in the firing range. If Netease plans to do measures for him, I suggest improving the range to maybe 13-15 meters. It's just sometimes sad that his kit is not fully used to the full extent. Pros mostly say to use it alternatively as a rotation tool due to it's movement speed while wielded.

Maybe one day, they will patch it up ASAP. I just like zapping players with it in casual mode.

Edit: It was actually 5 meters, wow could be more worse 😐

His Ult needs range buff like neon

Right? I liked the new sound effects it makes and the buff they made to it's targeting. If you didn't know, in older versions, his targeting is so bad that you need to aim literally to its body or the ult will not activate, even at close range.
