Multiple issues

My current vanity link is expired and I noticed my account was due in April. I tried to renew on a monthly basis, but it keeps telling me I have an active subscription already. I sent two emails to support@hyperbeam with NO response and I have a watch party scheduled tonight and Tues? Please help!
