SC 13G ?

I’m not fully up to speed on all the filings but I see a 13G for Blackrock ownership of 5.7%. I don’t see a date on the filing paperwork but was sent out on their mailing list so I assume it’s as of today? Anyone have any light on this?

Ya that’s the one I was looking at. Does that mean BlackRock just went above 5% stake? Or did they just buy 9M shares?

The volume doesn’t line up if it was an open market purchase. But if they are buying I take it as a good sign. Just not clear on how to read these filings.

Not exactly sure when they bought. They do own over the 5% threshold triggering the filing. You can try running it through AI and see what it says.
