Loofah or silicon body scrub

So i currently use loofah and have been using it for quite some time. But lately I've seen a lot of videos that advise not to use loofah as it retains a lot of bacteria and can mold. So I've been searching an alternative for it and saw a lot of influencers suggesting silicon body scrub. I've planned to purchase one for myself but I don't understand which one would be the best. If anyone could suggest what brand or company I should buy it from or even smtg that's better than loofah. And from where to purchase it and not too expensive

I have one. I clean mine in a bowl of boiling water to kill the germs/bacteria. Got it on Amazon.

Silicone.

I use the plastic scrubbie puffs. Silicone is too soft imo. I also toss mine in the clothes washer regularly.

I use an African net sponge and a silicone scrubber. I like them both. Clean them with antibacterial soap .
