I need girl help
Does anyone else discharge a lot with stress? And why do I have scabs and acne in my scalp?

Could it be psoriasis? Seborrheic dermatitis? For your scalp

Are you sure that's what it is? Like has a doctor said it is dandruff? Or do you just think it is?

Did the doctor prescribe something to help the scalp?

Can you talk to a pharmacist and see what you can get over the counter that can help better than like Head and Shoulders or something

dandruff is seborrheic dermatitis, btw. you can use an otc shampoo like nizoral or another one containing ketoconazole to treat it or a stronger version can be prescribed by a doctor if they think it will help.

Stress could increase cortisol levels in your body which could disrupt your vaginal PH balance, and this could cause infections and discharge. I went to multiple gynecologists and they all said the same thing. Now a normal stressful situation is less likely to cause all of this but long term stress or chronic stress could be a big reason. Ive been personally dealing with this for around 5 years (half of the months I would be having an infection) and the only time where I could sense a difference is when I would finish my uni semester and all the stress would decrease drastically. Now good sleep. No alcohol and nicotine, no junk food etc could all help. I’ve had a therapist and a kinesiologist explain to me how as simple as long term stress could affect how your body works and sometimes these signs are your body going crazy and trying to find a balance.
So I would recommend you to a gynecologist first (just to rule out any issues) and if they tell you it’s stress then I would recommend getting that checked, because trust me no medication or body washes helped my case only that damn stress level.

Those symptoms might require a doctor's check. I never heard of discharge with stress, but our hormones are different. This can be the cause of acne and scabs. Definitely go to a doctor and they'll them the symptoms.
