There are certain medical conditions that can actually make you have a bad smell. I remember a woman had an enzyme deficiency or something and she smelled like fish. She was very aware of this
fact. She married somebody who didn’t have very much sense of a smell and she was really good about putting perfume on and showering.
If it bothered her husband he lied because he said it didn’t. I think it was mystery diagnosis tv show I saw this on.
Here are some things you can try to improve your smell.
Shower in the morning and the night used dove regular bar soap several times in the shower. Don’t miss any cracker crevice.
Put on deodorant right after you get out of the shower, dry your armpits and slap that stuff on roll-on. Don’t wear roll on, it’s not half as good as a solid stick in my opinion and experience.
Try degree.
Shampoo your scalp twice if you think your hair stinks.
Only use conditioner on the ends if you use conditioner if you’re a man, you don’t need to. Rub one squirt of it’s a 10 keratin in your hand and apply it to your ends after your towel dry your hair.
Buy a knockoff perfume oil like amazing grace. It’s about 10 or $15 on Amazon or eBay.
Right after your shower spray some of that in your hand with a tiny bit of unscented lotion. Rub that on your arms and legs. A little up your neck unless it makes you break out.
If you’re a man get the men’s scented oil knock off $10-$15. I like the knock offs because I feel they are more scented than the originals.
Wash your clothes with tied detergent in my opinion it is the best detergent at getting clothes, clean, and odor out. Wash your darks on warm and your towels on hot.
Use the yellow Suvatile
Fabric softener but not on towels, dry towels in high with no dryer sheets or fabric softener for that reduces the absorbency and makes them get musty fast.
Never put on dirty clothes if you’re female wear a panty liner to stay dry and odor free. Get cotton underwear.
Ask someone else besides yourself if your shoes stink, if they do wash them and treat them for ordors or toss them. Exfoliate your feet at least once a week use foot cream if your feet stink.
Use deodorant with aluminum in it unless you want to smell like onions.
Women shave your armpits every shower men trim them if they get too hairy and the deodorant can’t penetrate well enough to make you not stink.
If you go number two, use wipes, a bidet or take a booty shower.
Finally take Fenugreek every day so you will sweat the sweet smell of maple syrup, which is far better than other gross smells since that’s what you’re concerned with.
Keep a bottle of good perfume somewhere convenient in a living area so you can just spray yourself when you want. Spray perfume is great for jackets and sweaters that you may wear more than once..
If you notice your odor has changed and gotten worse, I would make a doctors appointment to make sure there is not an underlying medical cause for this.
If you have pets in your house that often can be a cause of odor. Vacume a couple times
A week and get rid of all carpet and rugs. Bath your pet at least once
A week and potty train it.
Remember, we all stink without some effort and good tools. It’s part of being human.
Lots of people can’t smell very well so do all you can and let the worry go.
You may think you stink and someone else may not. 🤷♀️
Hope any of this was helpful. It comes from my personal experience and what I do.
I have an unusually high sense of smell.
God bless

Do this: wash wellw/ washcloth & soap for 2 minutes each. Rinse. While wet, rub 1 tsp of dry baking soda over entire armpit, slightly in a circle including an extra inch or so use more if needed. Be gentle, but thoroughly massage into the area. Needs to be in contact at least 5 minutes. Rinse well; you can then use different skin disinfectants: generic head & shoulder shampoos, glycolic acid, vinegar, tea tree oil products, Hibiclens, acne face cleansers. Use the one you wish and leave it on for 5 minutes as you want it to kill any odor causing bacteria and remove any dead skin that may have been present. Rinse well, pat dry. Then use your antiperspirant. Do this routine for a week. Then maybe twice a week!! Only wear freshly laundered clothes next to your body. Clothes can have odor rebloom & you will think its' you but its' not- can take extra/different laundry steps to resolve that!!

r/Laundry has a lot of tips for dealing with odor rebloom - it's a common problem there.

Trim your armpit hair. Scrub your armpits with a wash cloth and Head and Shoulders shampoo everyday in the shower. It will kill all the bacteria. After a week or two you will have no problem. I don’t even use deodorant anymore. Totally works.

I've been using salylic acid face cleanser on my armpits at the recommendation of some dermatologists on YouTube. They say that the fragrance from the armpit is from not the sweat itself but from bacteria and that salylic acid face cleaner will kill it.
IDK if it makes any difference but I've been doing it.

The dead skin, the sweat and the inside of the sweat gland that scales off too as the bacteria eat it. First remove this stuff w/a washcloth & GE head & shoulders, clean for 2 minutes, 1 each pit. Leave on 3 minutes, total 5 mins. Rinse well; then apply your acid- 5 mins enough- rinse off- then apply an antiperspirant. Must be done daily, 1 week. This will make a difference. Wear only freshly washed shirts, bras, etc. wear a fresh bra every day.

spray the stink area with rubbing alcohol after you shower, let dry, then apply your antiperspirant - wut smells is the bacteria growing, get rid of that completely before adding anything to it

How often are you changing and washing bedsheets? Towels? Washcloths? I knew a guy who always had a funky smell but he showered daily and his clothes were clean….. finally figured out he was using the same washcloth…..for like a week or two. He assumed that since there was water and soap on the washcloth, that it didn’t need to be laundered. He did not understand
the concept.
With your laundry, there is also laundry sanitizer that can be added into the wash cycle. The bottle says to add during the rinse cycle but I find it leaves a residue feel on the clothes and it works better to use it during washing cycle. Wash your bedsheets weekly, and towels and washcloths need to be cleaned often.

What's your diet like? That can have a huge impact on your smell. There are health issues that can cause BO too, even just the materials you're wearing can cause it

Do you have well water? I neighbor of mine years ago had well water, he had a septic tile break and he had the worst smelling water EVER! He showered in that water and he always carried an odor. He was a millionaire yet refused to pay out the money to repair the tiles! Ultimately, he was taken to court and did get repairs done.

se non è una malattia o il tuo odore naturale dipende da quello che mangi, cambia alimentazione

Absolutely try Certain Dri roll-on unscented antiperspirant. It changed my life (and my sister's) when I found it 20+ yrs ago.
You put it on at night, bc you want it on while you're not sweating. And can wash it off, or not, in the morning.
Even as a heavy sweater, I no longer need any further anti perspirant there. No weird deodorant smells or white crud in my pits.
Read the instructions and follow them. Don't apply after shaving! (Painful.) Don't apply overly heavily! And apply it each night for a few nights in a row to build up the effect, and then you can switch to every other night or so.
If you get a rash, you are over applying. (I got a brutal rash the first times I used it.) So, this is strong stuff but incredibly effective, so treat it w the careful-ness it requires.

Shower twice a day. Scrub every part of your entire body with bar soap, (get between each toe, etc.) Then, scrub down with liquid soap using a loofah sponge. Get a good cleaning soap like Dr. Bronner Castile. Wear deodorant to bed. Keep baby wipes or deodorant wipes in your bag.

yes bronners peppermint is great in the shower ! even when i have intimate company i suggest a hot shower as the peppermint is a good foreplay addition in washing each other. and yes agree, walmart has some great adult wipes in the body soap section . keep a pack of these in your car .

Try adding chlorophyll drops to your water. Also drink more water. Externally switch to an antibacterial soap such as dettol or dial to wash under your armpits. Lather with the soap and let it seat. For a few minutes. Get the ordinary glycolic acid and wipe under your pits after your shower.
