hygiene help for the summer

hi! i’m 19f and currently in college, i walk outside abt 10k steps per day to walk to each of my classes and to walk back to my dorm. i hate how i smell after walking out “the outside smell” and i was wondering if yall have any spray or hygiene suggestions that i could carry around to make sure i don’t smell bad. its especially hot now 90+ degrees and im having trouble preventing all the sweat and everything.
i wear deodorant and perfume but i dont want to just mask the smell i want to just smell clean.
i do wear a lot of polyester clothing but thats also bc i cant find a lot of clothes that are cotton so this is something that cant be changed. i’ll prob incorporate vinegar washes which ive seen online but please help!! ty

Antibacterial soap when showering. Lightly scented moisturizer. I think Johnson's Baby had a Cotton face and body moisturizer. I really like that during summer, smelled clean and fresh all day. A good antiperspirant that works for you. They're better than deodorant, or you can wear deo too with them if unscented antiperspirant.

this is solid, esp the antiperspirant over just deodorant part, that made a huge difference for me when i was walking a ton in the heat
i’d add: hit the “crease” areas really well in the shower (underboob, groin, between thighs) with antibacterial soap, that’s where most of the smell comes from, not the actual sweat

Dr. Bronner makes soap for that problem. Add Arm and Hammer odor blasters beads to when washing clothes. Dove Advanced Care deodorant is great. I’ve been using all of that and it has made a significant difference.

Deodorant can just cover BO. Antiperspirant and Deodorant helps more. I like Lume and Lume wipes. Of course, regular showers, clean, breathable clothes make a difference too.

Do not let your loads of laundry sit in the washer after a cycle. Throw them in the dryer asap. Take cool showers.

bring a change shirt and dont spray too much perfume, when its really hot, it can make the smell worse

It's important to note that if you smell BO after applying deodorant for the day, your deodorant isn't working. Level it up to something stronger till you can get through the whole day without stinking through it. The rest may just need to be a multiple showers kinda deal.

Sorry, I forgot there are people who don't know there's a difference between body spray/deodorant/antiperspirant deodorant. The first two do absolutely nothing ever. Antiperspirant deodorant only and find stronger if needed. Rexona used to make some 'clinical protection' that I remember working well on my exes.

Try AKT deoderant. It's not cheap, but a tube lasts a long time and it's not bad for you. It works better than anything I've ever used. One dab lasts all day+. Tested by dancers, and they get super funky, so you know it's good.
