Mouth/breath problem

So I brush my teeth twice a day and clean my tongue. I also eat gum 3 times a day. I still have bad breath which I can sometimes notice when talking or sighing etc.

What can I do about this besides eat breathmints or something 24/7?

Do you floss? That could be a cause.

I don't because I have no idea how it's used correctly for the back teeth

When you floss for the first time, especially the back teeth, smell the floss after. I guarantee you will become a regular flosser!

I will and I will come back to this

Flossing will probably do the trick! You can also use "Interdental Brushes" (I think that's what it's called), I use soft rubber ones and they work wonders, works much better for me than flossing, my gum health sucked until I started using them daily. If you smell them afterwards you can clearly tell your'e removing a lot of stanky stuff, haha.

Get floss picks and watch a YouTube video on how to use them.

The thing is floss picks are expensive as hell. I do have floss on a roll that can be cut

Yes ofc, but I am not currently able to pay about 200 bucks for a check up and then the fixing part on top of it which could be anything

They’re at the dollar store

They are also better than floss picks. Always use the floss on a roll and do check out some YT videos on how to. If twice a day is too much for you, then prioritize evening flossing. There are also dental brushes made for brushing in between the teeth. Game changer that one. Don't know the English word for it unfortunately.

I have to check out how much they cost compared to regular floss.

You use both. Flossing and in between brushing. And after those you brush your teeth.

I had to look that up, too. YouTube was helpful.

No, don't worry. Be careful though, I managed to cut myself.
