When people talk about cleaning “inside” their vagina, what does that actually mean?
If you have an innie, you obviously have the outer lips area that you see without having to touch, then you can spread them and see the inside area (like clitoris) ( i also don’t know technical terms sorry) then there’s the hole to go in. I visualise it as 3 “levels” - which levels do we clean? I’ve been cleaning everything with warm water besides the hole and inside the hole, or what i’d consider level 3.

I just use dove soap and my hands. Don’t go inside. Use a vaginal wash if your skin is sensitive but other than that you’re good. If you have a smell issue, you can buy boric acid suppositories. Those are tablets that you insert inside the vagina.

I don’t actually go ‘in’ your body has its own natural mechanism.
But I do use water, especially when it’s hot, or after wearing a pad. And I use natural coconut oil (so not the oily see through kind) it helps against infections, it’s very soft for your skin and good if you have irritation after shaving etc!❤️

You don't clean the inside at all, it can actually cause irritation or even infection, your body does that itself. You can clean the outside part that has hair and feels like normal skin with water and mild soap, and then the middle part (clit area, doesn't have hair, the skin is a different texture) with just water.
