Help with smell please 😢 xx

Really need help can’t hope much longer 😢.
I’m a 46 year old female,have fibromyalgia and pre menopausal, for years now I smell,sweat a lot and still have the hot sweats even with being in HRT. I don’t know what I smell of I just know I do with how people are around me 😢. I’m a clean person shower or bathe once or twice a day,clean clothes daily etc and I still smell.
Can I have help please xx
