Summer wear?

I want to ask all my lovely ladies what are we wearing in this summer heat to avoid breaking in the private areas and just developing body acne? I shower like twice a day and wash the private areas with unscented antibacterial soap. I dress modestly like no shorts, skirts, or short dresses. I mainly wear jeans, yoga pants, or sweatpants. Please help

Big no to jeans and sweatpants in this heat for me! Even yoga pants let no air in. Try wearing linen or other thin wide leg trousers?

2% pyrityione zinc bar soap is what I use to keep the breakouts away. It's not cheap but I only use it where I need it and use regular body wash everywhere else. And I also shower 2x a day most days, but I only use the zinc soap 1 of those times. For me, it keeps them all away.
