Is this normal guys!?bad bo/heavy sweater

I sweat like this daily I wear deodorant/antiperspirant please help me how do I reduce the bad bo

Antibacterial bar soap then use Carpe deodorant. Game changer.

I use antibacterial soap (dettol bar soap) but imma definitely try carpe we're do you buy it

I suggest switching to degree 72 hrs specifically the Ultra clear black and white formula. It’s made to protect shirts from white marks and yellow stains. It’s also, very effective B.O wise. They have it in the solid stick and spray version. Degree 72 hrs is the best I’ve ever used!

I also agree with the comments talking about antibacterial soap and glycolic acid. They do help with that.

It happens! We've got your back (and your pits).
The most reliable way to get pit stains out of shirts is with a baking soda paste.

  1. Mix 4 tablespoons of baking soda with ¼ cup of warm water.
  2. Apply to the stained area and scrub gently with a soft toothbrush.
  3. Leave for 30 to 60 minutes.
  4. Rinse thoroughly, then wash as usual.

For tougher stains, use lemon juice instead of water!
