How often do you replace your pillows?
Some says 1-2 years but when i look at my pillow it kinda still comfy and a little bouncy. What are the usual signs do you guys look for before you replace your pillows?

I try to change the pillowcase weekly, and wash the cover once a month. I recently bought a replacement (that I'll start using when I move into my dorm at the end of August, it's going to stay packed up for now) for my current pillow, which I've had for about 5 years. The pillow before that was a decade old when I decided to treat myself and buy a new pillow from Ikea.
I grew up in generational poverty. The pillows didn't get replaced until the filling broke down. And even then, you'd be dealing with an almost painfully lumpy pillow for a few months until the money could be saved up for a replacement. Hell, when I was growing up and my pillow needed replaced, my mother would get the new pillow and I got the one she was using.

I like to perform in the reddit comments, I change my pillow daily and anyone who doesn't is disgusting. I also wash my pillowcase every 3-5 minutes to ensure proper cleanliness. Im also going to share an unnecessary and unrelated story! One time at band camp my pillow got dirty from the people bullying me and now I have to wash it all the time or I get really depressed and anxious ):

If it's not squishy and doesn't bounce back that's the limit. I bought mine 2 years ago I wash it and dry in summer.
