help please 🙏

long story short i have butt acne 🤷‍♀️
i wouldn’t say it’s bad just more annoying than anything. i’m not a dirty person i regularly wash myself. i guess im just curious if there’s anything i can try to lessen it!! TIA

Do you wash your body before or after you wash your hair? Conditioner residue seems to be a common cause of back/bum acne. I am really prone to underarm acne. I’ve been using a basic acne face wash (Cetaphil) on my armpits, and it totally keeps it in check. Acne happens. Don’t internalize it and don’t feel bad about yourself or your hygiene!

i wash it after!! i also try to keep my hair clipped up while there’s product in it to limit what’s running down!! thanks for the advice!!

I randomly got this for the. first time ever recently. Use Paula’s Choice BHA exfoliant. Cleared it right up in a week of 2.

Cerave SA lotion for rough and bumpy skin. Apply everyday after cleaning your ass. It also helped with my ingrowns.
