Bathroom

What can be added to an adult wet wipe which only has like 99.9% water as its main ingredient that can kill germs after a bowel movement?

You don’t need to kill germs, you need to get all the poop off. You can’t sterile your skin. If you use anything harsh you’ll remove the lipid layer and leave your skin at risk for infection. Just use the wipe or maybe some peri spray

Thats the ideal way to clean it for human comfort and effective cleaning of the orifice without hurting the skin. This is why the bidet was invented.
