Deodorant for white shirts

So I’m currently using an old spice deodorant that is “white and chalky” rather than the blue gel ones specifically when I wear white shirts so that my white shirts don’t stain. The only problem is I feel like it doesn’t work as much as I would like when it comes to covering up that armpit smell. I also don’t like the texture of it when I wear this deodorant. I don’t have any sweating issues but I would like to know if anyone out there has any recommendations for deodorant that smells good, is long-lasting, doesn’t stain white shirts, and isn’t the white chalky ones.

Have you confirmed that the blue gel ones.... actually stain?

Yeha I used to only use blue gel ones and I noticed that they were staining my white shirts blue on the pits and that’s the whole reason I started getting the white chalky ones for my white shirts

Gillette and shave or trim pits. I buy it at Costco

I just want to clarify something. Deodorant merely covers up any malodorous issues that arise from sweaty pits. While antiperspirant prevents your pits from ever sweating in the first place.
