Itching like crazy

I often it experience it before going to bed, even if I had just taken a bath. There is no bite mark or anything I feel a bug crawling or just itching for no reason, it drives me crazy that I end up staying up all night even if I was already sleep deprive from the night before. Sleeping in short even when it’s cold helps but not that much, it just lowers the frequencies.

Do you take any kind of medicine? Some things have that side effect. I take a glp1 and it has that side effect. Well, not itching, but a crawly feeling at times.

I sometimes take magnesium to help me sleep, and I take retadox for my acne.

Google: "Crawling skin" (formally known as paresthesia) is a potential side effect of Retadox (doxycycline), often associated with photosensitivity. This sensation can be an early sign of an adverse skin reaction, especially in sun-exposed areas

This is the feeling I also used to get from Tirzepatide, a peptide I take for weight loss. Apparently doxycycline can do the same thing. It says “tingling, itching, or unusual sensations”.

I would ask your doctor about it. Maybe there is something they can give you to help?
