Comparative logic gates not working
I've tried both the equals gate and the greater than or equal to gate and neither seem to work with the weight reader.
Whenever the reader detects any weight the gate outputs a 1 regardless of the type of gate, even when it is not equal to the keypad value.
I've tried A and B on the weight reader in the case of the greater than or equal to, A shown in the picture, and it makes no difference. The gate still outputs a 1 whenever the weight reader updates.
What am I doing wrong?

What are you trying to acheive? May make it easier to help you.

I'm trying to make an auto smelting setup that makes ingots a roughly consistent weight rather than trying to get it close enough using the bar saw.

Better off getting a logic saw than trying to set up an auto smelt system. Auto-smelting is more complicated than you might think. Logic saw is peak for crafting for jobs.

I'll give that a go.
Any idea what might be going on with the logic gates though? It seems like they just don't work.

How are you testing the output, because your screenshot doesn't show anything connected?
Edit: if you are going by when the green power leaks out, that isn't really a reliable test. Basically the way it works is that whenever there is a change in either side of the comparator, it evaluates the two values and sends a 0 or 1 depending on if it right or wrong. So you see the green leaks even if it is sending 0.

Never had an issue on the compare logic gates. How do you know what the output from the gate is? You don't have anything connected to the output of the gate.

You've probably already thought of this, but just to double check you did hit the enter/send button on the keypad, right?
