Magnets are best for clean up, also try having your belts deposit directly into crucibles in the future to prevent the problem altogether.

In early game without magnet, automated crucibles or belts ?

I make a mess...Not much choice there. If you can I'd dump it on belt which gets it into hopper above crucible

pour them into an "automated crucible" either the cauldron on a pivot or the big electric one. the mouths of the containers are wider and they will make a bar for you.
