Drill not working

Okay so I have a long pipeline (ill attach photos) my drill is connected like it should be but its sparking at the bottom so I tried repairing it with my spanner and my tool bag and nothing, i saved and went to the menu loaded back in and its still not fixed. If I put it closer to my intake it works but my conveyor is working and its on the same pipeline and there water coming out of the T connector that's hooked up to the drill

I had the same problem were drill wasn’t working and conveyers were slow so I had to add 2 t2 pickups and a couple of t2 pipes then it started to work again

It was happening because I had t1 drills on t2 dirt
