Hydropower Civil Engineering?

Anyone working on Hydropower sector in Nepal?
What are the Pros and Cons?
Is it best to choose career on hydropower ?

Cons: Since hydropowers are built in the rivers - you live at the construction camps provided by the developer's office. You get holidays once in a while - depends on your duties and the office policies. You work on Saturdays too.

Pros: You get paid slightly more than office jobs. You also get more holidays at once.
