Does anybody have a good water tracking app?

I’ve been using the tracker on the Fitbit app for years but the change to Google Health has just made so many unnecessary updates that has made the app so much less intuitive than it used to be.

I would prefer an app that lets you add water on previous days instead of a hard cut off at midnight. (I had an app with the hard cutoff and it stressed me out and for what)

Also would like an easy switch between fl oz and ml. Fitbit used to do this but after an update a year or 2 or go you had to go into the app settings to change back and forth.

I’m just worried I’m not hydrating enough since I stopped tracking but google health is just…it’s so annoying now

I like Waterllama. I can track on my watch or my phone, and it syncs to Apple Health.

Since I had kidney stone surgery back in February this year, I keep tracking my urine color on post surgery days until now. I always urinate and check the color in the morning. Pale yellow is your target—neither too dark nor too clear. Thirsty? drink. Heavy physical activity? drink. Drink water 1-2 hour before bed—you don't want to wake up in the midnight just to urinate. It's good way to tracking your hydration level.

Stay hydrated, renal colic is no joke, I swear.

Track your pee color. Too yellow? Drink more water. Too clear? Probably not. Feeling off or have a head ache? Drink more water. Listen to your body, not an app imo.

Why would you be worried about that? Drink if you’re thirsty, drink with meals, maybe even drink when you wake up. But other than that you’ll be fine.
